platform (“Platform”).
It applies to all users, including:

● Verified buyers
● Verified suppliers
● Partners and referrers (where applicable)
This Policy forms part of Ryken’s Terms & Conditions.
Users must:
● Act lawfully and in good faith
● Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
● Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions
● Provide accurate and truthful information
Any use that undermines trust, compliance, or platform integrity is prohibited.
Users must not, directly or indirectly:
● Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
● Misrepresent authority, identity, or business capacity
● Impersonate another person or entity
● Manipulate transaction records or communications
● Engage in transactions involving sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals
● Trade prohibited or restricted goods
● Circumvent export controls, customs laws, or trade restrictions
● Use the Platform to evade regulatory oversight
● Launder money or finance illegal activities
● Circumvent escrow or payment processes
● Avoid or attempt to avoid fees
● Conduct off-platform deals intended to bypass Ryken
● Interfere with platform security or functionality
● Introduce malware, bots, or scraping tools
● Reverse engineer or exploit platform systems
● Overload, disrupt, or degrade platform performance
● Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
● Use deceptive, coercive, or bad-faith negotiation tactics
● Upload harmful, unlawful, or misleading content
● Damage Ryken’s reputation or user trust
● Use the Platform to identify counterparties and then transact outside Ryken
● Create duplicate or misleading accounts
● Share or transfer accounts without permission
● Attempt to bypass verification or compliance controls
Users are responsible for all content they submit.
Content must:
● Be accurate and lawful
● Not infringe intellectual property rights
● Not contain confidential information without authority
● Not be misleading or deceptive
Ryken reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
Ryken may:
● Monitor platform activity
● Investigate suspected violations
● Request additional information
● Suspend or restrict access
● Freeze transactions or funds
● Terminate accounts without notice
Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior warning.
Users may report suspected violations to:

Ryken is not obligated to disclose the outcome of investigations.
Violations may result in:
● Temporary or permanent suspension
● Account termination
● Loss of verification status
● Transaction cancellation
● Reporting to regulators, banks, or authorities
● Legal action where appropriate
Ryken may act to protect itself, users, and partners.
Failure to enforce this Policy in one instance does not waive Ryken’s right to enforce it in
future cases.
Ryken may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated versions.
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
